- first aid (also kortizon against snake-bites)

- pillow, around 30x40 cm (3x10 cm when foalded)

- a small suncell-battery

- phone (when it's battery in it, haha..)'

- PLB, Personal Location Beacon (also called "emergency-button". If needed, press the button and help will come wherever in the world you are (it's like calling 911, but easier and regardless mobile-signal))
 
* Food
- Trangia-kitchen
- gasol
- lighter
- firestarter (tändstål)
- olive-oil
- dryed food
- snack (snickers and "ölkorv")
- titan spoon/fork/knife, all in one
- waterbottle
 
* Kita the dog
- shoes (if needed when for ex. walking on bad/sharp surface. To protect her paw pads)
- backpack for dogs (she's gonna be carrying a bit aswell. 2-4 kg depending on how far we will walk that specific day)
- sheepskin to sleep on. Around 80x50 cm (Princess like her needs to sleep comfy!)
- dogfood
- poop-bags
 
Probably I've forgot to write down plenty of things, but this is atleast an overview of my backpack. It's around 16 kg + 3 kg on Kita, that's the startweight of the backpack!
 
My father and I had a good laugh when I packed down a sheepskin for Kita. It's probably the heaviest thing I'm carrying in my bag... Compare that to when I've taken a "shower" I have a supertiny 30x50 cm towel to dry myself on.. Haha! You can clearly see what's most important here..!
